White wine Pazo de Seoane is one of the Galician wines with the O Rias Baixas, O Rosal, from the winery Lagar de Cervera in O Rosal (Pontevedra).

In the making of the Pazo de Seoane wine, the Albariño, Loureiro, Caiño Blanco and Treixadura grapes are used.
The vintage of the Pazo de Seoane wine is manual. The bunches are macerated for 10 hours and then gently pressed at 10 °C under inert atmosphere, avoiding oxidation. The must fermented at controlled temperature with its fine lees that give it complexity.

The Pazo de Seoane wine has a greenish-yellow color. On the nose aromas of flowers and citrus and herbaceous memories. In the mouth it is fresh and fleshy. A complex and balanced wine.

The white wine Pazo de Seoane has 89 points in the Peñín Guide.
