The wine Pedro Ximénez Venerable 30 years, is of colour mahogany, very dark, riveting of iodized tones. It presents deep aromas of pasificación, with complex bottoms of crianza. In mouth is soft, with flavours toasted of glorious structure, plenary, very sabroso, vigoroso, wide and with perfect balance acidity-sugar. The step of mouth results soft and the end is long and persistent, with elegant bitter tones in the posgusto. It treats, definitely, of a little common wine that demands concentration to the hour of saborearlo.
