Enate Reserva Especial 2001, DO Somontano

 Cabernet Sauvignon- Merlot (70:30).

 The nose deploys a harmonious combination of the character varietal marked by the wild fruits (grosellas, cranberries) and the recuerdos floral (violet) with the nuances that contributes an esmerada crianza, from the toasted and sweet spices (cacaos, vainilla) until the scalps and touch phenolic (ink). The palate is dense, plenary and of firm structure, with taninos mature of big class. It is a wine that conjuga superbly the freshness with the carnosidad and the elegance with the power.
