The wine PSI, with the Denominaciòn of Origin Ribera del Duero is elaborated with grapes Tempranillo. Wine of the prestigious enólogo Peter Sisseck. It treats of his last creation, oriented to a more general public.

The wine Pingus PSI is of red colour cherry with violet rivet. In nose shows cremoso, wide and especiado. It is a wine very elegante.es a very valued wine.Dominio de Pingus is a very small cellar situated in the province of Boroughs. There they elaborate the most looked for wines of Spain and possibly of the whole world. The secret of these wines finds in the old vineyards of Red Fino that they cultivate in so only five hectares and in a very controlled selection. The despalillado realises manual and patiently, desgranando the most mature grapes of each pendant. The wine leaves reposando between 20 and 23 months without trasegar, until a month before the bottled, when they delete wrap them so that the wine remain entirely clean. Neither it filters neither clarificada, to respect to the maximum his natural qualities.
