The wine Seminare has a pale yellow colour with greenish reflections and alimonados. Clean, transparent and brilliant. Intense and elegant nose, primary aromas of fruit of peel (peach and Apricot) citrus (Flower of azahar) and light tropical notes of pineapple and handle. Mouth of light structures fat, round, untuoso and slightly goloso. Of excellent acidity and structure, step of easy and kind mouth where the fruit goes back to earn leadership. Final slightly bitter and very long. Ideal with fishes,mariscos and white meats.
