Elaboration of Sierra Cantabria Colección Privada is a combination of traditional method, de-stemmed, and fermentation of the whole bunches. Malolactic fermentation in barrel.Aged 18 months in new 50 % French oak, 50 % American oak Bordelaise barrels.

Intense cherry. Delicate nose, elegant with definite fruity expression, spice and subtle notes of petals and creamy traces of oak well integrated.Powerful palate, warm, complex, succulent, rich expression of toasty notes of oak and black fruit, coffee and chocolates.
