Sinda Brut Nature

Sinda Brut Nature sparkling white wine is produced in the cellar Fragamoura Freixido place (in Larouco, Ourense) belonging to the DO Valdeorras.

Sinda Brut Nature sparkling wine has two forms: one in magnum format, made from lexítimo branco (a white grape quality godello) and 75 cl bottles, assembly godello, Dona Branca and treixadura.

Sinda Brut Nature wine is created by the winemaker, Cristina Murga with a second fermentation in the bottle, in caves Valdeorras slate of eight to nine months in the dark and at a temperature of between 12 and 14 degrees.

It has a golden yellow color, refined cord in the appropriate glass comes surrounded by an aura of fantasy. Thin continuous effervescence.

The nose is intense and marked varietal personality. Outstanding notes of apple, citrus notes of lime, tangerine and vegetable shades (boxwood, thyme) with subtle reminiscent of chamomile flowers.

The palate is spontaneous, persistent and full-bodied flavors inherited fermentation in the bottle.

Other sparkling wines in 75 cl format. It is an assembly that raising godello with its lees and second fermentation in the bottle you have brought creaminess, freshness and fruitiness of the Dona Branca is enhanced with carbon and balanced treixadura that has brought some cuddly character to the whole.
