St. Petroni White Vermouth is made following a meticulous selection of the best vintages of Albariño Valley Register (rosalianos vineyards Pazo Arretén).

Vinified on the lees for differentiating nuances in aromas and flavors and maintain the strength of the grape on vermouth. Selected traditional herbs and botanicals, which highlights especially wormwood (magic plant), bay leaves, lemon verbena, mint, rosemary, thyme, sage and lemon balm. And also skins of sweet and bitter orange, lemon pulp and hibiscus flowers, chamomile ...

White Vermouth St. Petroni has a graduation 15% vol. And a volume of 100 cl.

The name, St. Petroni, the bottle design and logo symbolize the spirit of the history of the patron saint (Petroni-pattern-Padron) and synthesis of the relationship of Padron with the Camino de Santiago and the arrival of the remains of the Apostle to the villa.
