Toalde wine is a young red wine from the D.O. Ribeira Sacra in  O Saviñao (Lugo), in the sub-area of ​​"Riberas do Miño", created by winemaker and winemaker Roberto Regal with 100% Mencía grapes.
 
Toalde red wine is an author's wine where has been taken to the smallest detail with a careful aesthetic of the bottle, by the designer Roberto Novo, which aims to "convey in the bottle what is the vine and wine: simplicity, naturalness And minimalism. "

Toalde wine is processed under controlled and cold conditions for fourteen days, fermentation is started in the presence of the skins, to finish with a bottling without any filtration, only the rest in the tank for some months.
 
Toalde red wine is red cherry. On the nose it is very fruity and mineral with memories of red berries of the forest. In the mouth it is a fresh wine, of good acidity and mature tannin, of great persistence and post taste balsamic.
