The wine Vallegarcía Syrah, with denomination Tierra de Castilla, elaborates in the cellars of Pago of Vallegarcía, in the Mountains of Toledo.

Long and persistent The wine Red Vallegarcía Syrah is a wine monkey varietal aromatic, structured and goloso to the palate. When being elaborated 100% with grape Syrah, the wine has the typical characteristics of this variety, being an easy wine to drink but delicate in his preparation since in the difficult years his character monkey varietal does him very sensitive to any climatic alteration.

Colour pillory very covered and aromas to red fruits interwoven with toffes pertinent of the crianza in barrica and dairy. In the mouth is cool with a sabrosa structure and with taninos kind that produce a pleasant step.

Brilliant yellow gilded with some greenish reflection. Intense and aromatic, with notes of fruit of bone, notes of herbáceos cool and light notes of toasted. Fresco and untuoso in mouth, with structure and a step of mouth envolvente in where they appear the feelings of bone, herbáceos, dairy and Smokeds. Final with notes of elegant wood.Graduation: 14 % vol.
