The whisky Blabair 1997, in the coasts of Dornoch Firth, Scotland, elaborates the Scottish whisky Single Malt from the first barrel in 1790, with a philosophy Exclusively Vintage. Every year, the Director of the destilería, John MacDonald, cata, judges and selects the whiskeys directly from the barrel. And it bottles just in the exact moment, when it achieves the perfect balance between add it and the character of the whisky. Each harvest represents an exact point in the time. A moment of perfection. The capacity of discernir this precise point in the time is the one who endows to Balblair of a special character.
