Highland Park 12 years Viking Honour is a Scottish whisky elaborated of the best barleys malteadas and mixed with waters of his own source. Single Malt With 12 years of aging.

Highland Park 12 years Viking Honour reflects the unique culture of the remote island Orkney. Part of Scotland yes, but originally belonging to a vast Viking kingdom. At Highland Park, they honour the spirit of their Viking ancestors, sharing their pride, integrity and fierce independence, and they distill their award-winning whisky to the same exacting standards introduced in 1798 by our founder, Magnus Eunson, a descendant of those early Viking settlers.


The aging takes place in barricas by a minimum of twelve years obtaining like this his fine-tuned, rare and so distinctive character. Like result obtains a whisky of colour brilliant amber. In nose, soft aroma to heath and honey: Smoked deep. In mouth, soft flavour, Smoked rounded, total delivery of the malt.

It's perfect to test with haunch of venison, chocolate ginger biscuits, soft cheeses such as French Brie and even Japanese sushi and wasabi
