The pale golden colour of the whisky Knockando is entirely natural. It proceeds only of the barricas in which it has matured -barricas built without nails neither glue. In any moment adds colorante, by this reason the depth of the colour can vary in the successive bottled. Only they use natural ingredients: barley malteada, yeast and pertinent crystalline water of the manantial of Cardnach, in the hills that there is on of the destilería. And the quantity of peat used for maltear the barley controls very carefully for no desequilibrar the flavour of the final product, and the proportion of barricas of jerez used also is limited not to dominate on the flavour of the whisky. It is a Single Malt with 12 years of aging .

Colour pale gold. Sweet aromas with slight notes to nuts. Of cuarpo light and soft, something "cremoso". In the delicate palate, soft and afrutado with a touch of almond. Graduation: 43 % Vol. Origin: Spyside, Scotland .
