Whisky Macallan 18 years Triple Cask Matured Fine Oak

The Macallan 18 years is a Scottish whisky elaborated in the zone of Speyside and of where takes advantage of the big purity and quality of his waters. In his preparation employs a method of distillation by means of batches and applies heat directly to attain a main degree of caramelización of the barley malteada. The selection of barricas, part of bourbon and part of Jerez, help to give him a fine-tuned elegant and with notes that remember to the wines of Jerez. It is a Single Malt with 18 years of aging.

Is a a whisky of colour "acaramelado". In nose, notes of Jerez sweet and of oloroso together with nuances of burned candy and vainilla. In mouth, sedoso and go opening step little by little so much the aromatic notes like the feeling of calidez in mouth. All wrapped in a feeling of sedosidad and complexity.
