The destilery was founded in 1924 by the father of the Japanese Whisky, Masataka Taketsuru together with Jessie Roberta Cowan. They knew in Scotland in 1920 when the travelled to study the method used in Scotland to create whisky. Pioneers in situating Japan in the map of whisky. In 2001 it was proclaimed "the best of the best" by whisky magazine.Yoichi Is a whisky to the Scottish style. Single Malt.

Colour amber with golden reflections. In the clean nose and toasted with notes especiadas, with scents to apple and apricot. Very cool. In the palate rounded with flavour to vainilla combined with some perfect scales between barricas of oak and notes afrutadas. The end to oak and fruits, deep. Graduation: 45 % Vol. Volume: 70 cl.
