Wine Diego de Lemos Mencía, Ecological
Diego de Lemos Mencía is an Ecological wine from Adega Diego de Lemos, located in the municipality of Chantada, his wines were the first of Galicia certified as ecological in the year 2002. They come from vines treated naturally for 25 years, with coverage Without addition of chemicals (only copper and sulfur). Worked without machinery, without chemistry and with autochthonous yeasts. It belongs to the Ribeira Sacra Denomination of Origin.

The wine Diego de Lemos Mencía is a young red wine, made with 100% Mencía grapes of ecological production, after a maceration of 8 days and a fermentation at 18ºC, malolactic fermentation takes place.
The wine Diego de Lemos Mencía Ecological has a cherry color with violet reflections. On nose notes of raspberry, redcurrant and ripe grape souvenirs. In the mouth it is dense and glyceric, easy and soft with complete and persistent finish.
