Wine Matsu El Recio

Wine Matsu El Recio is one of the red wines with the DO Toro. The grapes used are 100% Tinta de Toro from vineyards between 90 and 100 years, in an extremely limited production. It has an alcohol content of 14.5% Vol.

In its preparation, fermentation and maceration it takes place for 3 weeks in concrete tanks and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, just as nurturing, developing for 14 months.

The Matsu El Recio wine is a red wine of great finesse. Nose with an intense aroma of black fruit and vanilla chocolate. The palate has a surprising, very silky and creamy taste. Subtle taste of fruit and mineral notes. It is a powerful and full-bodied wine, but at the same time easy to drink.
