Pinna Fidelis red wine is made from grapes 100% Tinta del Pais (Tempranillo) and belongs to the O.D. Ribera del Duero, Pinna Fidelis cellar. The vineyards are located in the town of Peñafiel, near the confluence of the Duero and Duratón rivers, with an age of over 30 years.

 The harvest is done manually. Once harvested grapes, wine macerated for 35 days, in order to extract the full potential of grapes. The wine went into French oak barrels selected without fining or filtration, remaining there for 12 months, regularly performing the batonage, filling the barrels and trasegándolo in spring and autumn. Finally he clarified and bottled.

 Red wine Pinna Fidelis is covered cherry red color with violet tones thin layer. On the nose notes of red fruit and black fruit mixed with notes of vanilla and cloves. The palate is fleshy and unctuous with well integrated tannins, it is tasty, good acidity is balanced.
Red wine Pinna Fidelis has several awards:
  • Gold Medal in Vinalies Internationales 2011.
  • Gold Medal at the International Wine Contest held in Hungary Vinagora 2010.
  • Gold Medal at the 2009 Brussels World Contest.
