Red wine Pinna Fidelis Vintage Selaccionada is made with grapes Tinta del Pais (Tempranillo). It belongs to the O.D. Ribera del Duero, Pinna Fidelis cellar. The vineyards are located in the town of Peñafiel, near the confluence of the Duero and Duratón rivers, with an age of over 30 years.

The harvest is done manually, Selecting the best grapes at the optimum moment of polyphenolic maturation. Once harvested the grapes, the wines macerated for 40 days. The malolactic fermentation Took place in new American oak barrels and after a racking passed to French oak barrels, remaining there for 12 months.

Pinna Fidelis red wine Selected Harvest has a cherry red color, covered, with garnet tones thin layer. The nose has an intense raspberry, vanilla, cinnamon and freshly roasted coffee aroma. The palate is powerful, round, sweet grape tannins. Great finesse on the palate and aromatic complexity.
