Wine Proencia Mencía
Proencia Mencía wine is a young red wine with the Designation of Origin Ribeira Sacra of Amandi subzone, is elaborated ein Proencia Winery. It is made with 100% Mencia grapes from vineyards that are born in the sculpted slopes and terraces of the Ribeira Sacra impossible in the subzone Amandi.

The harvest is manual. short maceration with alcoholic controlled malolactic fermentation and subsequent spontaneous fermentation temperature. And finally clarified, filtered, stabilized and bottled.
 
Proencia Mencia red wine has a cherry red color. On the nose notes of very fresh sour currant and mineral notes. The palate has a soft entry and fresh acidity with pleasant feeling lingering aftertaste of fruit in the mouth.
 
Alcohol content 13% Vol.
Capacity 75 cl bottle.
