Lagar do Merens

Lagar do Merens white wine from the Merens winery, located in the picturesque town of Arnoia. It is one of the Galician wines with D.O Ribeiro. It is a plurivarietal white wine that is macerated in pneumatic press with carbonic snow for 4 - 6 hours. Fermentation at 17.5 ° C for 21 days in stainless steel. It remains 8 months in fine lees.

Grape varieties of the wine Lagar do Merens and percentages are: Treixadura 70%, Side 10%, Torrontes 10%, and the remaining 10% with Loureira, Godello and Albariño.

 

Lagar do Merens white wine is pale yellow with green reflections. It is clean and bright. In nose it has good intensity, notes of white fruits, pear, apple, peach, floral notes, acacia, myrtle, mint. In the mouth it is broad, of light texture greasy, full, wraparound and glyceric, slightly acid, of good structure and very long, fruity.

 

Alcoholic Graduation: 13% Vol.

Bottle volume 75 cl.

Serve at a temperature between 10 - 12ºC.
