The Melsacra beehives are located in a prodigious botanical enclave, located in the heart of Galicia, La Ribeira Sacra. A meticulous process of collection, extraction and cold packaging, carried out exclusively by Melsacra, provides us with a harvest of 100% natural raw honey, respecting the traditional beekeeping that our ancestors used.

How to store Melsacra with walnuts

The purity of raw Melsacra honeys can cause its crystallization, to return to its liquid state, introduce it to a water bath at no more than 30ºC. Store in a cool, dry place and avoid exposure to sunlight.
