Melsacra Selecta is a Galician raw honey that keeps all the natural benefits intact. This result is obtained through a delicate selection of honeycombs and a slow drip extraction process, without centrifugation or filtering.
Once extracted, it is introduced into its stainless steel tank waiting for its decantation for later packaging, in this way we avoid exposing the honey to two of the most damaging factors, such as light and oxygen.

The analytical results guarantee that 70% of the nectar comes from the chestnut tree. The Melsacra beehives are located in a prodigious botanical enclave, located in the heart of Galicia, La Ribeira Sacra. A meticulous process of collection, extraction and cold packaging, carried out exclusively by Melsacra, provides us with a harvest of 100% natural raw honey, respecting the traditional beekeeping that our ancestors used.
Conservation of Melsacra Selecta Honey
The purity of raw Melsacra honeys can cause its crystallization, to return to its liquid state, introduce it to a water bath at no more than 30ºC. Store in a cool, dry place and avoid exposure to sunlight.
