Super Héroe is a red wine elaborated by Xosé Lois Sebio from the Zone and D.O. Gomariz, Ribeiro is obtained from the mixture of several old vines, strains between 40-70 years old, of complicated slopes, difficult to access and to work, with stony walls. Scramble of native varieties, Sousón, Carabuñeira, Caiño Longo and Caiño da Terra (Garnacha), of biodynamic cultivation.

Super Héroe wine is made in open tanks with short and low temperature maceration times. Fermentation in open containers. Maceration prefermentative in cold for a week and fermentation at low temperature. Short ducts for respecting fruit, manual bazuqueo and light pressing in a manual press of spindle. Extraction only of the sweetest, ripe tannins and lots of fruit. We started the malolactic in deposit, to finish it in barrel for 14 months. To respect all the fruit and softness, we grow in barrels with 3 wines.

Super Héroe red wine has a purplish color. The nose has notes of violet, red and black fruits, black pepper, jams, mineral souvenirs. The palate is balanced and elegant, with lots of fruit. Very soft tannins that accompany the freshness, something that only is obtained of the very old strains. Very long and intense finish. Wine with character and unique that will improve with bottle.
